Reviewing and approving work promptly.
Making payments as per the agreed schedule.

Failure to provide necessary information may delay project timelines, and Dronic Group will not be held liable for such delays.

4. Pricing, Payment Terms, and Invoicing

All services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International clients may be invoiced in USD or other currencies through Stripe or another secure payment gateway.

Payment Terms:

Payments are typically required 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold or pause services if payments are delayed beyond agreed timelines.

Late Payments:
Invoices not paid within the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month. Continuous non-payment may result in account suspension and legal recovery.

5. Modifications and Cancellation

Clients may request modifications during the project; however, major changes outside the original scope may attract additional fees. Any cancellations after work commencement will be subject to our Refund Policy.

Dronic Group reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to:

Violation of these Terms
Unlawful behavior or abusive conduct
Non-payment or payment fraud

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, graphics, designs, logos, and materials developed by Dronic Group remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a signed agreement. Clients receive the right to use deliverables for their intended purpose but may not redistribute or resell without written consent.

If the project includes licensed content (e.g., stock images or fonts), those licenses remain governed by third-party providers.

Clients must independently review and agree to the Terms of such platforms when required.

9. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. All personal data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable laws, including the IT Act and RBI guidelines.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Amendments to These Terms
